Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern use of the public Flow Voice Automations website. They do not create a paid pilot, production service, partnership, or authority to act for another party. Any paid engagement begins only under a separate written agreement.

2. Description of Services

The public site offers information and scheduling for a typed or scripted synthetic-data voice-workflow review. That review does not represent a live telephony connection, production deployment, buyer-data connection, or system integration. A paid pilot is offered only after its workflow, responsibilities, exclusions, data handling, fees, and acceptance criteria are written and approved.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the public site or requesting a synthetic-data workflow review, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and workflow information when you choose to submit it
  • Use only fictional or otherwise approved information for the public review
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the public site or review for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with the public site, scheduling links, or review process

4. Payment Terms

Discovery calls and controlled screen demonstrations using fictional records are free. Paid pilot or production work begins only after the customer accepts a written order form, pilot brief, or services agreement that identifies the scope, fees, success criteria, data handling, cancellation or refund terms, and applicable billing schedule. We do not charge for a pilot before that written scope is accepted.

5. Intellectual Property

Website content and evaluation materials presented under the Flow Voice Automations name may not be copied, republished, or used beyond applicable law or written permission. Agreement-specific ownership and licence terms are stated in the applicable written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Public website and synthetic-review materials are provided for evaluation and do not promise a business, technical, or operational outcome. Any service-specific warranty and liability terms are stated in the written agreement with the applicable contracting party.

7. Agreement-Specific Terms

Any indemnity, insurance, service level, support, cancellation, renewal, data, confidentiality, or dispute term for paid work must appear in the applicable written agreement. No such term is implied by a public workflow review.

8. Website Access

Access to the public website may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, interference, unlawful activity, or a security concern. Ending a paid engagement is governed by its written agreement.

9. Governing Law

The contracting party, governing law, dispute forum, and service-specific terms for a paid engagement are identified in the applicable written agreement. These public website terms do not replace an executed order form, pilot brief, data agreement, or master services agreement.
